PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
Change is constant
Once again, the fall season is upon us. The cooler air is a constant
reminder of the changing season and serves as another terrific benefit
of living in Michigan. Besides our beautiful weather, other changes and
exciting events are all around us. Students begin a new school year,
autumn colors are in bloom, and fall sports are in full swing.
Speaking of change, on June 3rd we celebrated two years as “Jolt Credit
ALAN WATSON Union”! Allowing anyone in the 19 counties we serve to join our family

faced with a pandemic.

Some of the specific products helping to drive this activity include Kasasa checking accounts,

same products will be key to Jolt’s future as well.
Fall is also when we take time as a Board & Management team to assess how things have gone and
what we can do to make the credit union better. Continuous improvement is what we strive for, and
we can’t wait to introduce you to several exciting projects that are brewing right now. Stay tuned!
And as always, be sure to check out our event calendar, we really do believe that community starts
with us.

ADMINISTRATIVE
BUILDING UPDATE
Construction at Jolt’s administrative building,
located next to our main office on State Street,
Saginaw is forging ahead and scheduled to be
completed in Summer 2022.
In the picture shown, the rooms and hallways are being
framed on the first floor. On the second floor, Spence
Brothers is laying down welded wire fabric and prepping
for the concrete pour.
The construction of a new administrative location, designed by
TSSF Architects for our growing team, will unite a total of more
than 40 team members from five departments who are working from separate locations.
Having the e-Services, Member Support Contact Center, Information Technology, Community Affairs
and Marketing teams under one roof in this new facility will improve communication and collaboration
within the credit union. The other credit union locations will have the opportunity to repurpose areas
for additional member service space where these staff were working.
The administrative building will also feature a training and conference space that will be used for
financial literacy community programs and to hold periodic all-staff training.
The current building at 6180 State Street, Saginaw will continue to be open for teller and loan member
services when the new building opens.
