2025 Employee of the Year

Congratulations to Katie Dewar, our 2025 Deborah L. Frisch Employee of the Year at Jolt Credit Union!

The Deborah L. Frisch Employee of the Year Award recognizes exceptional performance, service to our members, and deep dedication to the goals of Jolt Credit Union. This year, that honor belongs to the Katie.

Katie’s work is where Jolt’s bold energy comes to life. As Creative Director, she takes who we are and turns it into work that connects and inspires. She works with teams across the credit union to make sure everything we put into the world is unmistakably Jolt. From major product launches and campaigns to digital and in-branch experiences, events, social media, newsletters, billboards, to pretty much EVERYTHING!

As part of this award, the recipient is given $1,000 to donate to a nonprofit of their choice. Katie didn’t hesitate, she chose Amazing Grace Animal Rescue, a cause close to her heart and proving (once again) that she leads with compassion and purpose.

Katie’s impact isn’t just in what we create, it’s in how Jolt shows up, every single day. And trust us…it shows.
