Community For Good: St. Vincent De Paul
The SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL
For Community. For GOOD.
Most people are doing the best they can. But sometimes life happens faster than the bank account can keep up.
The rent is due. The heat needs to stay on. Groceries need to be bought. And suddenly, someone who has always managed things finds themselves needing a little help.
That’s where the Society of St. Vincent de Paul steps in with compassion, dignity and the belief that no one should have to face a difficult season alone. They help local families remain safely housed through rent and utility assistance and transitional housing. They provide food gift cards so families can choose the groceries they need. And through their community store, they make clothing and household essentials affordable or provide them at no cost when someone just can’t pay.
No judgment. No making people feel “less than.” Just neighbors helping neighbors get through a hard time. That kind of compassion matters to us.
As part of Jolt’s 2025 $75,000 For GOOD year-end initiative, we were honored to donate $5,000 to help St. Vincent de Paul continue showing up for people when they need it most.
After 70 years, we still believe the strongest communities are the ones where people take care of one another.
Community isn’t something we say. It’s something we do.
