Love Bites - Name a Bug- Feed the Zoo

LOVE BITES. Name a Bug after an Ex.

CLICK HERE TO NAME YOUR BUG - JUST $5!

This Valentine’s Day, we’re skipping the chocolates and roses and serving up something a little more…unconventional. Introducing “Love Bites: Name an Ex, Feed the Zoo,” where heartbreak meets karma for a great cause!

Because let’s face it, Valentine’s isn’t just about love; it’s also about closure. And nothing says “moving on” like feeding your past to the critters.

For just $5, participants can name an ex, no last names, because we’re classy-ish, and their donation will help the Saginaw Children’s Zoo feed their bug-loving animals. Whether it’s a bird, reptile, or another adorable critter, an ex’s name will fuel the circle of life. Because, hey, some exes were just meant to be part of the food chain.

Participants will also get a certificate to commemorate their “act of charity.” They can frame it, post it, or just laugh knowing their past is helping feed the future. And the best part? Their ex’s name will live on in infamy on Jolt’s “Wall of Shame” that we are creating.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

  • Share the campaign with your friends, family, and on social media. Everyone loves a good laugh, and a good cause!

  • Got an ex (or several?) who really bug you? Here’s your chance to turn those memories into something positive.

  • On February 15th, check out the Jolt Credit Union Facebook for the virtual Wall of Shame!

  • Cost is $5 per bug name
