The holidays are coming once again! We invite you to join  St Peter Lutheran School and Dig Deep Race Events for the 15th annual running of the St. Peter Turkey Trot on a flat, country road course in Hemlock to prepare you for the feasting that is to come!

Age group awards are back!m And there is a big change this year for the venus as St. Peter Lutheran School showcases it's new outdoor sports facility. 

The Turkey Trot consists of USATF sanctioned 10k and 5k races that originated as a way to encourage student participation. Already successful in its own right, the event blossomed with the addition of a 10k course and local sponsors the likes of Jacques Orchard, Hemlock Semiconductor, ATS Printing, and Swanhaven Manor, coming on to help make this a community event. 

Caramel Apples for the kids from Jacques Orchard are part of the post race goodies, as well as string cheese, strawberry gogurt, and chocoalte asnd white milk courtsey of the United Dairy Industry of MI. Awesome T-Shirts, custom finisher medals, FREE online finisher photos, and professional timing are also included. And get this! Overall 5k an 10k male and female winners receive turkeys! Youth overall male and female winners of the 56k and 10k receive apple pies.
