New Digital Banking Coming Tuesday, April 9th, 2024

Jolt Credit Union will introduce a new digital banking platform for our members on Tuesday, April 9th. The new platform will provide consistency between the mobile app and desktop experience, uniform login credentials, enhanced security, a sleek design, and an improved user interface.

Please note: There will be NO changes to your member account number, routing number, checks, bill pay payees and Debit/Credit Cards.

Re-Enroll Username & Password

All members will be required to re-enroll their usernames and passwords. The first time you access either the new online or mobile banking platform, you will be prompted to re-enroll. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions on your computer or smartphone to complete the process. Only re-enroll ONCE per person. You can use your previous credentials if they are available, you will just need to re-enroll the credentials in the new platform. Stronger password requirements may cause you to make changes. Everyone will have their own credentials. Joint owners may now enroll for their own credentials to access accounts they are joint on. No shared logins

Things to Have to Re-Enroll

When it comes time to make the transition and re-enroll, here is a list of things you will need to have that will make the process simple and easy.

  • Your own Social Security Number
  • Account Number
  • Date of Birth
  • First and Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • TIN/EIN (if you're registering a business)

NOTE: If you do not know your account number, you can access it in Online Banking before April 9th by selecting Services ---> Direct Deposit Information.

How To Re-Enroll

Do I need to download a new mobile app?

The current mobile app will continue to be the app you will use moving forward. However, the app will need to be updated. It's important to remember that starting April 9th the mobile app will look different. If you are still seeing the "old" version, close the app and re-open it. If you are not prompted to re-enroll, you may need to access the Google Play or Apple App Store to manually push an update to the app.

Re-Enroll Reminders

Please be aware that starting April 9th, a message will appear each time you access the login screens for online and mobile banking. Do not be alarmed, this is just a reminder for members to re-enroll their credentials. After you have successfully set up your new username and password, this message can be ignored.

If you have any questions, we encourage you to visit the nearest branch or call our local call center at (989) 799-8744. Our goal is to make this process simple and easy for our members.
